Phoria Cards – Near and Distance [MIM Card]

Phoria Cards tests vertical and horizontal muscle balance for both near and far testing distance. Used with Maddox Rod and Penlight.

Referral considerations indicated on cards for imbalance beyond certain prism diopters or balance beyond specified esophoria and exophoria ranges. Phoria Card test measures: 10-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (26.7cm x 20.3cm)

Near and Distance Phoria Test come as two options:

    • Phoria Cards for Near and Far with LED Light
      • • Includes LED penlight (LED100). Light is push on/off. Can change battery without removing from card.
      • • Has a robust penlight adapter with diffuser
      • • Penlight adapter has set screw to lock penlight in place. This allows you to hold unit by the light itself.

 

    • Phoria Cards for Near and Far without LED Light
      • • Does not include penlight.
      • • Has slim penlight adapter without a diffuser.
      • • Penlight adapter does not have a set screw.

  • 10-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
  • Cards have rounded corners
  • Printed on rigid matte finish vinyl.
